Please refer to the product description for each specified return policy of the underlying product. We offer 5 days money-back for Pro Flexer Otg, Otg2, Otg3, Otg4 and E. Please be noted shipping fee is not refundable.

Otherwise above stated, properly functioning products are not returnable. Due to high demand and depreciation, we do not accept return for a faultless product. 

Our products are well manufactured, proven in our lab and pre-tested before shipping. We 100% guarantee a faultless product but we do not guarantee performance, that is, for example, if the Flexer is clicking properly but there are no blocks being released as our product beats the competition, but does not invent blocks to catch.

Exchanges can be made due to a faulty product by nature. We will replace defective product or its parts immediately at our shipping cost within one month from the purchase date. However, if an exchange is requested for a properly functioning product, GINA reserves the right to refuse the exchange or to charge a minimum 15% handling fee and shipping cost. Buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for the returning item. GINA does not accept claims of "not being able to catch blocks" defined as a faulty product, as there are many possible external factors such as numbers of blocks being released, network speed, phone model, etc. That is, we are responsible for the machine performs clicking effectively on the screen but not for picking up blocks. Please contact customer service for an arrangement of exchange. 

Return (for refund) can be only made if the product is faulty and can't be exchanged for out-of-stock or discontinued. Under certain circumstance if we agree you to return properly functioning products, the refund is subject to at least a 10% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If all conditions are not met, for example, the tape is used or plastic of clicking head is unsealed, GINA reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material,  manuals, and accessories. GINA can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is inspected and confirmed as a faulty product, we will replace the product for you. We can't accept liability for a faulty product caused by the buyer (i.e. if the buyer breaks it, or if it is broken before we recieve it). If the liability is on us and the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will accept your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
